This space is for posts from students involved in Coastal Resilience Center (CRC) projects. The mission of the CRC is to conduct research and education to enhance the resilience of the nation’s people, infrastructure, economies and the natural environment to the impacts of coastal hazards such as floods and hurricanes, including the effects of future trends.

As part of that work, the CRC supports programs that educate the next generation of hazards researchers and practitioners, emphasizing the development of certificate and degree programs in minority-serving educational institutions.
